Hi all - I've got a concrete block front wall I wish to render and am wondering what the best way to do it so it is easy to clean without the paint coming off.
In my previous house I had a friend render my wall with a standard sand cement mix, but it had that typical rough texture up close from the sand, which enabled mould to stick to it better. The only way I could remove it was either scrubbing or pressure washer, which was not only a pain but the pain came off after time.
Is there a trick? Or is it advised to use render product thats already mixed with the colourant? Or is it possible to use a render with your own dye even paint added!
Thanks!
