repacing a Sunvic mid position valve

Hi,
I would like to replace a Sunvic mid position valve with a Honeywell one.
Does anyone know how the wiring translates?

The Sunvic valve (DM5601 auxSW3) has the following wires
white
orange
yellow
blue
earth

are you changing it for a different type?

is it the one with the relay box?
