Repair damaged Plasterboard

Hello guys,

I bought 8 X 15mm Plasterboard for a room.

Due to the cold weather, I have just started to fit them.

I found that one sheet was delivered with a damaged area as seen in the photo.

What is the best way to repair, please?.

Run stanley blade around damaged area. Not deep just the paper. Peel off. Got any wood glue ( PVA) water down 3 to 1. Seal.
Leave 3 hours. Skim over with toupret filler or other
