Repair Miele fridge freezer or replace

Hi all, following my last post the freezer is still unstable.. I rang Miele today who quoted £260 for a one off repair including parts and a 12 months guarantee... or £160 but only labour and no parts. Given that the freezer is very old is it worth the repair or shall I just buy a new fridge freezer?
