Does this building look beyond economic repair into an owner-occupied shop with home above? https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/86685225

It seems to have been unoccupied for about 10 years judging by Google Street view: https://www.google.com/maps/@53.442...sbZHr0z4FU2oPV7w!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu.

Also, if you zoom in on the Stanley Road sign, it looks a bit affected by subsidence with cracks going all the way to the roof.

It's missing a bit of the roof and the auctioneer says it's not safe to go upstairs or in the cellar so I guess all the joists/floors need replacing as well as the roof repaired. Any idea how much that would cost to fix 120 sq. m x three floors plus the roof with no finishing (like flooring or plastering etc). Thanks for any insights.

Probably cost you £200k to knock it down. I don't like the look of the corner.

You'll need some local professional advice on the property, and what your plans are to do with it. These are two different specialist areas of surveying, so be sure to instruct the right person/s. Also consider planning use classes for what you plan, and environmental regulations constraints.
