Have a 1950s council flat with a series of internal doors needing internal locks replaced as starting the show age.
Existing locks are 60mm deep with a 50mm backset ... Seemingly impossible to find. The faceplate is 75mm. Current available ones seem much shorter and would have nothing to screw into given size of existing locks.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
Door frames are metal so nothing to play with there!
