Replace fixed shower head - old connector?

hi there, moved into house few months back and want to replace the shower head. current one is a fixed Mira head fed by a pump in the hot press. I cant find a shower head to work with the wall plate we have from the existing shower head. any new shower arms need to be screwed into a pipe in the wall, but we dont have a metal pipe coming from the wall. its a rubber/plastic pipe coming out the wall, with this brass mount for the current Mira shower head. cant afford new bathroom yet!

Can anybody help what I need to buy to be able to use a standard shower arm & head to connect to what we have coming out the wall please?

This item https://www.showerspares.com/search/mira_backplate_assembly_441.46/ looks very similar to yours If you click on the shoulder heading THIS PRODUCT FITS you can see varous shower heads that are available. But I would be inclined to contact them and send your pics before buying so that they can confirm what you need.
