Replace Rising Butt Hinges with Normal Hinges

Hi, ive got a few doors with rising butt hinges but would like to replace them with normal hinges.

Can you get them that will match the holes already cut out of door and frame as the door side of the hinge is slightly offset/higher than the door frame hinge
