Replace shed flat roof. Easy to DIY?.

hi all,

Have a flat roofed shed in the garden that's been there since I've moved in.

The roof is knackered and leaking.

How easy is it to replace the felt?
What would I need to seal it all?

Done slopped shed roofs before but this would need a different method.

To a certain degree it's the same as a pitched agreed roof
