Hi
My bathroom mirror is one of those with LED lights and demister ect (had it for about 10 years). The LED lights have started to blink after about 30 seconds when I switch them on via the front sensor and searching through various posts and T'internet, many people suggest it could be the transformer. Rather than spend a few hundred quid on a new bathroom mirror, I though I would attempt to replace the transformer to see it it fixes it. If not, I could look for a brand new mirror (900mm x 600mm) but I prefer to try the cheaper option first.

I have attached a piccture of the transformer here, but I can't seem to find the same model anywhere, its as though it never existed. Would anyone know enough about this to suggest an alternative I can try ?

Thanks

Hi - goodness me, I should have realised that was the wrong picture as the wiring goes to the shaver socket as you mentioned.

I have attached the other photos now. I suspect its the white box.

Thanks

Cheapy cheap 10w 12v led driver, easily replaced but you might have to pay careful attention to the dimensions of the replacement if you want to use the same mounting points

Hi - just to say many thanks. I have ordered it. For £8.99 its worth a try.

Note that the output terminals on the existing power supply are marked + and -
Make sure that you note which wire goes to which terminal or you may find you have even more problems!

Just to say, the part arrived and I've installed it. It works perfectly. No more flashing led lights.
Thanks

Great to hear and thanks for the update.
Did you stick it on, or were the mounting holes in the correct place?
