Replace under cabinet strip lighting

Hi
I want to replace very old under cabinet kitchen strip lights with LED strips. There are there old ones all with 2 grey cables and all are switched by a single light switch on the wall.
Can someone please give me my options. Ideally i'd like to use the existing cables and light switch to do the new ones if possible and just replace the fittings.
