Replaced HW/Heating programmer - rads dstairs not working

Hi

I have just swapped out my Danfoss 715 programmer which had the problem where it keeps going blank with a spare unit i had which is a Sunvic 207 xls. The backplate seemed to be the same so i just put the new unit on, programmed the time and date etc and thought all was well. The other half then came home and noticed that the rads downstairs werent working, upstairs were all fine. Any pointers to what I am missing

PS put the old unit back on and all working again cept the blank screen
