Replacement bath panel for p shape bath

Dear All,

I managed to damage our bath panel when trying to put it back in place after mending a leak. Unfortunately it was a tight squeeze and I did the stupid thing of pushing too hard.

It's a p shape unbranded bath and my plumber has ignored my requests to help me get a new one, so I am a bit stuck, and down about it!

Does anybody know where I could get a replacement panel for the bath please? The only details that I have for the bath or panel is a label I removed from it:

I've seen P panels in B&Q. Take your panel dimensions and go compare.

Did your bathroom come as a suite the toilet or sink will have the makers name on it
