its a re badged Vokera thats about all i know 
Not the worst boiler you can buy in England, but close enough.
Ditch the installer that recommended this boiler.

do you have to pay a fiver to talk to them like Vokera?
That boiler is made by Vokera, a well know manufacturer of somewhat cheaper boilers. I dont forget that they treated me disrespectfully when I visited their offices in North London. Nor have they apologised!
That name is a "cheap" brand name under which Vokera sell their boilers, sometimes to a lower spec, at a budget price.
I would say that most, serious, registered installers would not be installing a budget name boiler without clearly explaining the situation to the customer. They are most often fitted in rented out properties with mean landlords!
