Hi all,

I'd like some suggestions please.

I had a bathroom which turned out an underground soil drainage pipe cracked and was the source of water damage. The bathroom has been removed along with the existing concrete slab. I have also removed quite a lot of damp soil and have removed to expose the brickwork to help dry out. All pipework has been replaced.

Turns out there is an old chimney stack on the back brick wall. The remaining walls are internal walls and you can see the door frame which leads onto a suspended wooden floor. There is an air brick leading into this room from two adjoining rooms.

The room is 4m x 4m and I would like to return it to a bathroom. I would like to tile the floor.

Due to the size of the room what type of floor structure would be best ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,
