Kenwood CK405 main oven selector switch. I had a new switch from espares in April 2017, this switch failed Jan 2018 and they replaced it foc. The switch has failed again Dec 2018 and they are refusing to replace this time round. The are stating as I ordered it April 2017 it is now out of guarantee, do you think this reasonable? I'm saying the replacement has failed within 12 months and it should be replaced. The cause of failure has been burnt contacts on different circuits each time, not poor spade terminal connections.
