Replacement toilet flush

Hi everyone, please help I have a problem I am not able to resolve. I recently replaced my toilet flush system which was a Dudley Turbo 44 with a 44R and all fits OK. The problem is it does not flush enough water through to be affective. I have pictures of the setup, and would like to post them also but am not sure how.
