Replacement watch strap

Anybody know where I can get a replacement strap for a Audi TT watch which believe it or not doesn't have lugs. It appears to have minute screws which holds the strap in place through the back.
I have checked just about every web site but without success

oh bugger! Sorry, saw the bit about a local watch make/repairer and thought they must be able to obtain the bits.
