Can anybody identify this window locking handle. I have locked all over and cannot find a replacement. There is another part attached where the metal pin is protruding, that is still attached to the window but it broke off.

Just buy a new handle from DIY. Could change all handles on one window so it don't look odd. They are cheap.

Edit.

I'm thinking those are slightly different to the ones I'm thinking of.
You might need to get a firm in to do it.

You have the type?
LIAMGUS 2 pcs Window Handle, Double Glazing Window Handles, Window Handle Replacement, Window Handle Replacement Kit, Right/Left Hand, Suitable for Windows and Sliding Doors (White) https://amzn.eu/d/5uLcKdt

That's a Cockspur handle, plenty on the market still, just just need the correct offset and wedge thickness
