Replacing a 3 gang switch with a two gang and a single dimmer

I'm trying to replace a 3 gang rocker switch with a two gang and a separate dimmer but it's more complicated than I thought...
One of the rockers is one way, the other two way. Of the three cables coming into the box, two are the expected flat grey but one is round and white with red, white and blue wires. It is currently wired like this

So should I be wiring the new switches like this?

The red, white, blue worry me.

Any advice gratefully received

Thanks

Two two way but only one 3 core strapper?
Can you post pics of the wiring at the roses?

Red, white and blue was the precursor to red, yellow and blue

. If it is round flex, it's an unusual cable unless there is green and possibly black.

Yes that is the equivalent wiring arrangement. Have you considered using a double size plate with switch and dimmer modules rather than 2 single size plates?
Example this range: https://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Main_I...rushed_Steel/index.html#Varilight_Grid_Frames

Seems the two way wires like
two-way-school-boy-cables.jpg
this which is not the way normally done as it often needs junction blocks inside the back box. So red and white will go into two switches L1 and L2, the picture of actual switch seems to be the feed point so the drawing should show white and red going to same switch L1 and L2 and the com of that switch would feed the lights.

However this is not the case. The other method to wire two way is this
two-way-real.jpg
but that does not match either, so there is a method using the ceiling rose as a junction box
Alt-two-way-wiring.jpg
but although I know it exists never found it used.

Thanks ericmark. I've just posted a diagram of what I can see of the circuit to blup. Is this any clearer?

Thanks Sunray. I've cut the extra hole and fitted the box so I'll try it with the two plates, although I'll have to extend the white wire first. Wago or choc block?

Sorry, as clear as mud. I would need to actually test wires, to work out what does what.
Assuming the original (and excellent) sketches are correct and everything works as expected and required, then I don't see any confusion.

One of the easy solutions would be:

Anyone else considering this, check out Varilights vPro range of switches. They provide 'switch only' modules so OP could have got a 3-gang pre-made dimmer plate and swapped out 2 of the dimmer modules with switch only modules.

I just think it looks much nicer vs. having 2 separate switch plates. e.g. this is actually 2 dimmer modules and 2 switch only modules:
