Replacing a kitchen tap

I want to replace with one like this: http://www.sinks-taps.com/item-3887-RENO_Single_Lever_Tower_Tap.aspx

which is described as a high pressure tap. The cold is mains pressure and the hot comes direct from stored hot water. Is this a suitable replacement or do i require a low pressure or standard pressure tap?

No, hot is not mains pressure. Can you advise what spec of tap i should buy for this type of hot/cold supply?

One that is suitable for low pressure, you will also need a check valve on the hot feed if you're getting an internal mixer tap.
