Replacing an old thermostat

I need to replace this thermostat.

I take it I need a 2 wire thermostat to replace it



I thinking blue it neutral and I won't need it.

Red is live
Yellow is switched live?

so you planning on using two wire digital battery one
or still a normal mechanical one if mechanical then use the neutral
yep red is usually the switch live in yellow switch live out
