I'm looking at moving my existing boiler which is 18 years old, and have therefore decided to change at the same time.

There's nothing wrong with the boiler but I am assuming it won't be as efficient as the new ones.

Looking at Baxi 105e - what are your thoughts and any ideas where is the best and cheapest place to find one.

Corgi installer coming tonight to have a look and price up, it will be moving 2 metres to the garage - all facilities in the same area aswell.

Baxi 105e is one of the most reliable combi`s about and if and when it does go wrong nine times out ten it is usually a £10 diaphragm that goes. It has a very good hot water output and is more than enough for a standard house. It has been out approx 10 years and orginally was an alpha untill baxi bought the design of it and done a few tweaks to it. Plumbcentre are currently doing it with a free mechanical time clock, with boiler(timer), standard flue and built in filling loop it should cost you £550 plus vat
