Replacing Burglar Alarm Sensors Covers

Hi,

Is it possible to replace these type of alarm covers and will the alarm go off when removing!?

The tamper alarm will go off if you open the box, but you should be able to code it out to stop it. They can be replaced - they look like standard 12v PIR

The PIRs look like Texecom /prestige/Premier Elite range.

they don’t sell covers as a rule, the lens looks okay, the lens can be removed cover cleaned and lens put back.

Most white plastic alarm sensors and keypad turn horribly yellow over time.
Some worse than others.

Is it peroxide that can be used to whiten yellowed plastic?
