Replacing cooker hood (visor type) like for like?

Have on old cooker hood, Elica E016, that needs replacing. Would it be easy to replace it with any current 60cm model? Particularly thinking in terms of diameter and position of the vent?

Should anyone know the vent diameter or m3/hour it would be very useful as I do not have this information. Ideally I will order a new one before taking the existing one out.

P.S. My Current vents out of the back. (Hence duct is in that position) An option was to vent from the top. Do current ones also give the option to vent from top or back?
