Replacing felt on roof

Hi all you experts out there, just looking for some advice. Had a leaky roof over last few weeks and a guy came out and replaced the felt on my roof today. It took him about 2 and a half hours and i don't know how much of the felt was damaged as i haven't seen it but he's charging €300. Is this about right or too much? Would appreciate ur comments.

Not knowing how much material he's used kinda makes it hard to answer. Just be content with the fact that the leaky roof can do no more damage internally. Oh, and next time get 3 quotes and recommendations.
