Replacing frosted side window

I've got a frosted side window on the first floor, that is in the stairs landing. It can be seen from the road but I'd like to get it replaced with a clear one.

Are there going to be any issues with that would stop me doing so, i.e. loss of privacy for neighbours etc?

The house is from 1934, so it wont be a planning requirement that the window has to stay frosted
