Hi, I am trying to replace my HC60NG with an HC60. The old HC60NG was wired like in the first photo, and I’ve wired the HC60 up like in the second photo. It’s which of the C pins to use is worrying me - it looks like one of them requires 230v and one doesn’t. Judging by the way the HC60NG is currently wired, it looks like my boiler is wired for 24v control, and I am wary of sticking 230v through it.

Is the way I currently have it wired (ie with the live to the first C) the correct way to proceed?

Thank you!

Both support 24v switching and you haven’t made any links, so no worries about sticking mains voltage down the wrong path. Looks wired correctly to me, yes C is common, NO is normally open.
