I'm sprucing up my bathroom, and I'm going to be changing my bath taps and waste.
At the moment there are two individual pillar taps around 6 inches apart. Edit : Measured and it's 7 inches / 180mm
Ideally I'd like a mixer instead. I notice most mixers for baths have two inputs and I'm wondering if they're a standard width apart... and if I can check if my pillar taps are that width... meaning I could replace them with a mixer tap.
I don't know if taps are fitted to a standard position in every bath or if they're just fitted anywhere and holes punched to match.
