I have small lean to with a corrugated roof.
Size is just under 4m x 2m
While I can get my head around the actual roof part for a rubber roof, I am having trouble working out the joists, etc. As currently there is just a rotting wall plate. There are no joists whatsoever.
How should I go around building the deck frame? Should I sink it in between the 4 walls & just use hangers from wall to wall, or should I build a wall plate, etc. If I build a wall plate frame, then what about the cavity wall gap?
Any pointers appreciated. I have tried looking on google for vids & photos, but it seems quite vague when it comes to warm roof & not sure if there is supposed to be any differences in the joisting/framing or if I can just follow a cold roof instructions.
