Replacing thermostat on Beko LSG1545W fridge

Would anyone know how to replace the thermostat on a Beko LSG1545W fridge?

I found the user manual but it does not provide any details on how to dismount the original thermostat from the fridge ceiling.

Not sure if this any use, its not a beko but might give general idea

Thanks but my thermostat is stuck under the fridge ceiling as shown from the photo below (no access to any of the screws):
