Replacing Thumb Turn on front door

Hi,

I want to replace the handle and thumb lock on my front door, photo attached.

It's a 5 point mortice deadlock, is it a case of just removing the barrel lock and putting in a new one?

Sorry it's not a barrel is it, it's a cyclinder lock with a thumb turn
