If it's the toilet Flexi that's leaking you'll need to shut off water, flush cistern so it's as empty as can be and then pull the toilet pan forward to access the waste pipe.
The toilet looks to be siliconed across the top and maybe around the bottom. It should also be fastened to floor with screws.
These toilets all look good when fitted but there is no access for any maintenance. Which results in removing tiles to access the bottom of the cistern.
Erm, that looks lovely but we need to see down into the space where the cistern is, from the side too, where the pipe connected to the toilet comes through the tile and what it connects to if possible. Is it the big waste pipe connected to the outlet of the toilet that's leaking whree it connects to the toilet? A pick of that would help too.
As suggested though, first thing would be to loosen the pan off the floor and pull it forward to see how much working space there is.
