Hi Folks

I have searched for Reply All and found one that fits my criteria, but concerns Outlook Express. I am using Live Mail.

Whether this makes any difference or not, I doubt.

I believe that when using Reply All to an email, and I am in that group, I should get a copy of that email.

That's correct isn't it?

I can't understand why I don't get a copy...

And if I'm not getting a copy, does that mean no-one is?

Not entirely sure but I believe some email servers do recognise that as the sender you do not need to be included in the distribution. I think Google does this and maybe others.

Perhaps someone can enlighten us?

Reply all generally doesn't include the sender, you can add your address in the To: if you really want a separate copy, or just look in your sent items folder.

When you choose 'Reply All', it won't automatically put your email address in the 'To' field.
And if your email address ain't in the 'To' field, then it won't send you the email.
If you want to copy yourself in on emails you send, then you'd have to make sure you put your email address in the 'To' field, or the 'Cc' field, or even the 'Bcc' field.
