Resealing upvc windows

Is it feasible to pull the units part and reseal with fresh desiccant and sealant?

I know newer units are filled with inert gas which is not thermally conductive yet a local windows and door business told me their windows are filled with air.

a replacement sealed unit is a lot cheaper than you think.

I have used them for a couple of units, some of their reviews are poor, but I think they were inundated when COVID started.
At least you can put your measurements in and get a quick second opinion of the cost of a unit
