Restoring a celling

boggington, good evening.
Roof looks like steel trusses, quite well apart, Asbestos bound cement covering? possibly "Big Six" ?
The timber supports for what was there look like 150 X 50???
There looks like the ceiling finish was plasterboard with rectangular lights set into the plasterboard??
Options are replace like for like, IE. Plasterboard + skim with insulation above, lighting ? up to you.
Or? suspended ceiling using metal frames and infill panels.
Must admit, not best close ups ever, but better than some on here at times.
