I’m wondering if someone could help. I got my above bay window area repointed a few months ago as I was having some water coming through. After the repointing the water has stopped coming through.

But I can’t stop noticing the difference with it not matching the other brick work.

The area almost looks like it has dust on it. Is there some sort of product I can use to restore the bricks? Or is there anything else which may need doing? I have attached some photos to show. Thank you
