Hi all
I have a small retaining wall at the side of the house thats fairly recently been built to replace a really old wall that was a problem. Its block on flat with render but because of damp comming through all the time the paint just goes green and it just looks awful....we should have had something else done in hindsight
So I will be tackling it soon

Im planning to use plastic battens / concrete sheet and then tile in that split face natural stone if we can.

Its only about 50cm height over a lenth of probably 20meters I need to tile as theres a fence covering the rest of the wall anyway.....so just wondering what you would use to fix the battens really. Im a big fan of thunderbolts or is that overkill as I would have to countersink those into the battens anyway
Thanks

Plug and screw. Probably 70mm 5's with brown plugs and 7mm drill.
