How do I bleed my oil boiler after I ran out of oil I've tried but getting no where would anyone have any idea thanks picture attached

Start at the tank and bleed any filters before doing anything on the burner. If you have an isolation tap at the burner, turn it off and remove the flexible hose into the oil pump so you can be sure you have oil to that point. Replace that hose, then remove the hexagon plug at the bottom of the side of the fuel pump and turn on the oil unti lt runs through the port. Replace the plug and fire the burner. Once running check for leaks at the disturbed connections.
 
So are you saying you have oil at the burner but it's still not firing up?
