We’ve had some pipes for a new radiator channelled into the walls. It’s already been filled in by the plumber and we need to cleanly finish it off and paint it before the radiator can go on
It’s been filled with a rough mix of something. Can I skim over with a ready made plaster as it is? Does it need PVA on it first? Should I sand it or will the rough texture help bond the top level of plaster to it?
This is the first of many once the electrician has finished so want to check my technique is correct.
Thanks
