Rinse cycle not rinsing thoroughly

I have a Speed Queen, about 10 years old, and it seems to be working fine but no matter how little soap I use, it takes rinse cycle after rinse cycle to get all the soap out. It used to only do this with towels but now is doing it with clothes also. I always see more soap bubbles in the basin after the washer stops. Even after two or sometimes three rinse cycles. Can anyone help? Thanks.
