RO80 Eyeball Spot Replacements

Are there any suitable replacements for RO80 eyeball spots that have the same size diameter ceiling cutouts, i.e.140mm? For use in a kitchen ceiling, with bedroom above, 120mm deep void space.
Is this a notifiable change?
