Roca Senso toilet seat hinge

A long shot but has anyone replaced the hinge on a Roca Senso toilet seat and lid.
One of the hinges has sheared apart. I know the part that I need, what I don't know is how to remove the existing broken one or how to fit the new one.
I believe it is fixed from the top.

Sods law dictates that this has happened the week before we are due to move.
