Hi, I have a Roca T-500 shower and need to replace the thermostatic cartridge.
After dismantling the cartridge housing, I can't pull the old cartridge out - I presume this is because of the teeth just above the o-ring closest to the base of the cartridge (see picture),
Does anyone know how to pull this cartridge out without damaging the body of the shower unit? The plastic cartridge body turns relatively freely, and there is very little evidence of limescale.
Roca's tech advice line said "just pull it out", so not much help there. I'd appreciate any advice.
Thanks
