Hi Everyone,

Im sound proofing a party wall to stop mainly voice noise and my local builders have 2 products which i can use,

ROCKWOOL FLEXI 100MM or SUPERGLASS M/P ACOUSTIC MAT.

Can anyone recommend which one would be the best to use??
