Ate the blooming spag bol.. it was nice.. ok.. and I hadnt had to make it myself...
I comment... I say how it was lovely... ( it was)
but he always makes it and I never complain..( ok, so we laugh at work but never in a mean way)
so he takes the huff... thinks I dont like it, I say I do but a change would be nice.

I am tired...
but I make meals day in day out and put up with comments like, not this again and I dont like this and I wanted bla bla bla and such like!!!!!!
but when I say a change would be nice...
god, I might have well said he is a crap driver!!!!!!

yes... I am just feeling tired... and im nagging.
I love it when he serves up a meal, proud and eager.
I do love it.. and he does cook well.
Its just that... Im blooming sick of spag blooming bol!!!!
hey, I cook day in day out and have to just take the moaning that it doesnt suit all four of them on the day!!!
they all want different things and stuff is rarely right for all!!
yet when i dare suggest a change its toys out of the ruddy pram.

She's saying she makes an effort to make nice meals and gets no or little thanks from her family. But when HE makes his one and only dish, he expects to be worshipped. Is that about right, toffee?

((((((((Toffee)))))))) sounds about right hunny . Sunday, I didn't stop all day. Washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning etc he sat down to his roast and not a word. I said 'Is it OK?' Then it started. Chicken a bit bland, broccoli and cauli taste the same, gravy too thick.... I bring in pudding and he says 'don't like raspberries, why didn't you use something else?' (It was trifle with raspberries in the jelly) I by now am sick of him moaning so I say 'Raspberries fell out of the cupboard darling so I decided to wreak my revenge and jelly them ' Kids are all laughing and he gets the hump

Well, excuse me but if and when he ever cooks we all have to sit and make yum yum noises and say how fantastically, wonderfully clever he is etc. Never cleans the kitchen afterwards or anything but I too do it day in, day out

Want me to send your hubby some recipes? My hubby's fave recipe is chilli except the chilli sauce is out of a jar so all he really does is cook the mince - kids hate it and always say 'Why can't we have Mum's chilli? '

Pork chops ,broccoli ,new potatoes ,gravy (bisto aaaah ,lol)

Boys and dad gone swimming.
I make pizzas and chips.(junk but they love it)
On table as the car pulls up and the merry throng hurtle into house.
Hubby walks in and I say voila and gesture to table...
He holds up bags of fish n chips for all!!!
