Require help with a single Tilt Turn window.
Handle on LHS, hinged/pivot on RHS.
Roto NT MV400 model on the mechanism - 824160208000 (sku?)
Rollers on LHS move as should with handle through 0-90-180 degrees.
Rollers on RHS stay in downward position, not moving up to get over c-cup to allow it to grab it upon closing. As such, stuck in tilt position for now. Could get opposite top corner to lock but that is under pressure and might leaves other RHS top corner ajar still, so might warp frame.

Can still get it to open tilt, or open inward (albeit top RHS is in tilt mode). Staying in Tilt for now.

Have given the rollers / spigots on RHS a tap with a screwdriver/hammer in case some crud had caused it to jam but no joy, so haven't ventured any further.

It's like whatever moves the rollers on the side opposite the handle has maybe become disengaged somewhere along the pathway.

Thanks very much
M
