Glad to see that at least one local council is taking action against the roof coating scammers that have plagued our country over the last 8 years or so.

Be nice to see more of these parasites bought to book, I can't believe how many people have had this junk put on their roof tiles thinking that they will have lower fuel bills, no leaks and increased house value etc - it's all nonsense. Am fed up of seeing gangs of doorstep canvassers conning people with outrageous claims.

Replaced by many rules, regulations and acts etc. Thankfully.

Perhaps people should be more wary, considering all the publicity of recent years about rogue traders.
My mum's elderley but would never be taken in by these scams.
What happened to personal responsibilty?
