Roof - Dormer Leaking

Hi

I have a leak coming through the ceiling in my converted integral garage room.

I believe I have ruled out pipe work as it seems to only happen when it’s raining.

Please see attached photos, from the photos and from peoples experience where do you think it’s most likely coming in from?
