I am considering a basic rear detached bungalow extension, but the property boundary is very close to the existing house. I believe that i can clear the boundary using "flush eaves" for the guttering on the extension, but these will need to somehow work with the eaves (approx 400mm overhang) on the existing house.
Could anyone advise whether this is feasible, perhaps by stopping the roof tiles one row short on the extension and have the guttering sitting slightly higher?
